Clean and Comfortable room. Breakfast was great with multiple varieties and the seating area was nice. Airport is very close, and the hotel arranged pickup. The staff is very nice and helpful. They answer all inquiries. Once we arrived, they suggested spending half a day in a nice resort for a cheap price and they helped us to arrange the booking through the internet. The boats station is near the hotel.

10000% recommend! The staff were great from organising us complimentary transfers from the airport and back which was very useful and we felt very well looked after. Also prior to our check in we stored our luggage there for a day and they were happy with doing that, also they allowed us to have complimentary late check out and this was super convenient for our evening flight. The room was very clean and tidy with modern light switches. Toilet was also very clean and they were both cleaned daily. The location was also very good as it was easy accessibility to food places/ supermarkets and touristic activities.

Generally friendly and helpful staff, only a bit dissapointed that the hotel only has 1 (one) agent for water activities when we wanted to book and could only confirm that they are not able to accomodate to our booking on the morning my friends and i were supposed to go although the weather was OK. The hotel staff had no other contacts either and we ended up walking in the city and luckily we found a sports equipment shop who was helpful enough to hook us up with an agent in Hulhumale for the water activities we were looking forward to

Fantastic property. Picked us in the airport in a van. It was spacious and smelled great. At the hotel, we were greeted and given some mango juice which was lovely. The process checking in and going to our rooms was great. The gentleman took our suitcases up for us. The room is lovely, modern and clean. The shower was beautiful and the beds are so comfy! Big tv to watch off and plenty of TV’s. I ordered room service and wow, the food is 10/10 and really good pricing! We had a fridge, shower amenities. Everyone who worked there was very polite and friendly. We had an early flight to catch. They took us to the airport in time and even gave us breakfast to take with us which we had at the airport before our flight. Overall a great experience. Would book this hotel again. 10/10

The airport transfer was excellent We were met at the top of the street on arrival at the hotel and quickly taken in seated and given a cold drink. Check in was quick we were taken to our room and our bags were already there. We had a lovely meal in Cloud roof top restaurant. Breakfast was good check out easy and transfer excellent again.

The staff at Samman Grand were wonderful. We were picked up for transfer to the hotel exactly when and where we'd specified, and similarly transfer to the airport was ready at the stated time. They enabled a late checkout, and then kept our bags in the lobby until departure, when we were able to sit in the fresh air at the rooftop facility.

The room is small, but that's expected for almost any hotel in Male'. They have made excellent and smart use of space. Great wood detailing everywhere. The bathroom is so well done. Really enjoyed the shower.

The property was very neat and clean, the service is impeccable, the hotel team was very friendly and helpful from the moment we were greeted by Vivesh (I hope I am spelling correctly) who was very kind, till the moment we were taken back to the airport. Check in and check out process was very smooth and quick, thank you to both gentlemen who helped us. Everything was very well organized. We enjoyed the view to the city from our balcony. Definitely will come back in case we need to stay in Male again.

The staff were brilliant, Very friendly and helpful with everything. Very organised with our ongoing transfer service and porter service very efficient. The room was modern and clean. Very good service and prompt customer care with any questions I had before our visit. Did the job for our one night's stay.
